Le Méridien Residence
The first internationally branded residential community in Danang, and the first Le Méridien residences in Asia. Designing inside an established global brand, for a market that had seen nothing like it.
Type carries it. The brochure cover sets LE MÉRIDIEN RESIDENCES in a tall condensed serif, running vertically in capitals so large they crop at the trim a magazine gesture rather than a property one, and a deliberate refusal of the tidy centred wordmark every other development in Danang was using.
The palette was built from the site rather than the brand: sea aqua, sand, sage, a blush that appears once. Cooler and more European than the market convention of gold-on-navy which is the point. The CGIs were art-directed to the same rules as the print, so renders and brochure share one light and one colour temperature. On a pre-completion property, the renders are the product.
