Refico, an esteemed developer, seized an opportunity to enhance Ho Chi Minh City’s property market by acquiring a prime riverfront plot in the emerging Thu Thiem Ward of District 2.

With a vision for a low-density boutique lifestyle that would amplify every aspect of HCMC’s favored residential development while maintaining the nature and service standards of City Garden, Firedrake was enlisted to create a comprehensive range of materials, from Brand Strategy to Brand Video.

In our ongoing collaboration, we deeply understood the project’s unique selling points – the prime location, riverfront access, prestige, investment potential, and world-class livability. We conveyed these aspects in a beautifully minimal yet elegant, high-contrast manner, drawing inspiration from the fluidity of the river itself in both design and language. We developed full brand guidelines, detailiing everything from logo application to floor plan styling.
