The River

The developer City Garden Thu Thiem saw an opportunity to elevate Ho Chi Minh City’s property market with a low-density boutique development on a riverfront plot in Thu Thiem.

The design takes its cue from location, river access, prestige, investment value and everyday livability. Firedrake built a minimal, high contrast system build on long uninterrupted horizontals and generous space, so every idea reads as part of one calm proposition instead of competing headlines.
