Le Méridien Residence
The first internationally branded residential community in Danang, and the first Le Méridien residences in Asia. Designing inside an established global brand, for a market that had seen nothing like it.Inspired by vintage Europe and infused with local culture and flair, these beachfront homes from developer TonkinLand are the definition of timeless elegance.
The palette was built from the site: sea aqua, sand, sage, a blush that appears once. Cooler and more European than the market convention of gold-on-navy which is the point. The CGIs were art-directed to the same rules as the print, so renders and brochure share one light and one colour temperature.
